Ok, since we have to have rules, here they are. They are somewhat simple, so please read them.

ALL IN CHARACTER POSTS MUST BE AT LEAST 20 WORDS LONG!!!
The is a word counter at the top of the page. PLEASE USE IT!

General:
~No cursing.
~No name calling.
~Be nice.
~No fighting on OOC (out of character). If you're gonig to fight, take it to PMs! Me, nor the members, want to hear it!
~No inappropriate talk. (religious talk, god's name in vain, etc.)
~No powerplaying. (taking control over another's character without permission)
~No god-modding. (making yourself all-powerful/invincible)
~Don't kill other animals without the other player's permission.
~If you don't post in the activity checks, you get deleted.
~If your animals aren't active, then they get taken away and put up for adoption.

~No powers/mutations allowed.
~No unnatural colors or patterns allowed. (ex. a pick pony with purple polka dots=unaccepted horse.
~I must accept your horse before you rp it.
~You may start out with 5 horses, and after that you must ask my permission to create any more though PMing me.
~For the 'RPG example', all you have to do is provide me with a example of a reply IC (in character). YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS FOR YOUR VERY FIRST HORSE/ANIMAL! You may do it for your others if you want to.

---Stallions:
~Are a stallion at 3 years and older, are a colt before then.
~May own one land, and only at 3 years.
~If they have no land, they are only aloud to have 3 mares or less. If you want more, get some land.
~May claim mares at 3 years.
~May breed at 3 years old, or pleasure breed before then.
~May fight for mares, land, etc. at 3 years, but may play fight before then.

---Mares:
~Age to a mare at 3 years, a filly before then.
~May claim land, but only if a stallion is with them.
~May breed at 3 years old, or pleasure breed before then.
~May fight for anything a stallion can at 3 years, but may play fight before then.
~May leave the herd and join a different one.
~If more than one stallion wants to claim her, she gets to choose what happens.
~If being fought over who breeds her, she can either walk out or choose who gets to breed her.

---Mating/Foaling:
~I will allow you to do graphic posts, but warn us if it's graphic by putting a "G" or the word, "Graphic" in your thread title. (ex. "Hickory xXx Millie ~ G" or "Millie foals ~ Graphic")
~You are only allowed to breed in summer or spring.
~You must PM me a link to the mother's and father's bio, and a link to your mating thread and wait for your foals stats before you give birth.
~You have to wait at least 2-3 weeks after mating to foal. To make sure that rule is followed, I will only hand out foal stats 2 weeks after your horse has mated.
~Mating is to take place in the breeding grounds, or your own land if you've claimed some.
~Birthing is to only take place in the birthing grounds.
~The father may come and watch the birth if he wishes.

---Fighting:
~Stallions and Mares may fight for things in a real fight when they reach age three, and onword.
~Fights will be judged by me, Mumble.
~Judged fights must take place in the fighting grounds.
~No killing another person's horse without permission.
~Fights are judged by this code:
*One sentance=10 points
*Properly punctuated paragraph=20 points
*One paragraph(4-5 sentances)=15 points
*Advanced vocab words=10 points per word

Other animals:
~Follow the same rules as the horses.
~Horses are the dominant species, but create other animals, too.
~You are allowed to RP 5 horses at one time for free, but you can RP as many other guys as you'de like!!! But if there aren't enough horses, I may ban these guys for a while!!!

~Even though horses have their own lands, Other animals may go there, too, and they use the same social grounds, but only groups of animals such as wolves, sheep, birds, etc. (except for water dwellers) use the claiming grounds. They may give birth in their dens, but you still need to warn us of graphic threads. Horses may also go into other lands.

Graphix Rules:
~NO VIOLENT/INAPPROPRIATE GRAPHIX!!!
~Set a reasonable price for the quality.
~The password for the secret hidden board is 'form'.

Adoption:
~First come, first serve.
~All babies are put up for adoption once the are born and named. Once adopted, the parents will be notified via PM who the RPer is.
~If an animal is inactive, the RPer will be warned ahead of time before the animal is put up for adoption.
~If the creator of the animal wants it, they get it whether they make the first or last offer.
~To adopt an animal, fill out this form in a reply:

So far, that is all! Please follow these, and you will not get warning PMs, and a percentage bar above your name! Welcome to my horse rpg, and go have fun! Oh yeah! And keep checking back here. I may update the rules! I will send you guys a mass PM when I do, though. Now officialy, have fun, and go create some horses!

P.S. Nobody but the person warned and I will see the warning bar if you have one, and the mods may be able to see it, too. I made it this way because it's nobody's buissness but yours and the staff's.
